面肌痉挛面神经微血管减压疗效观察

Efficacy observation of facial nerve microvascular decompression for the treatment of prosopospasm

目的研究面神经微血管减压用于治疗面肌痉挛患者的疗效。方法选取58例在焦作市人民医院进行医治的面肌痉挛患者,将其分成两组,每组29例。对照组患者进行面神经阻滞治疗,实验组患者进行面神经微血管减压治疗。观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果,观察两组患者治疗后的并发症及随访1年后的复发情况。结果两组患者经治疗后,实验组总有效率(96.55%)明显高于对照组总有效率(68.96%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的并发症发生率(6.70%)明显低于对照组并发症的发生率(34.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年后,实验组的复发率(6.90%)明显低于对照组复发率(37.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用面神经微血管减压治疗面肌痉挛疗效明显,且术后并发症的发生率和复发率较低,安全可靠,在临床上可以广泛运用。

Objective To investigate the effect of facial nerve microvascular decompression on patients with prosopospasm. Methods Fifty-eight cases of prosopospasm treated in people’s hospital of Jiaozuo were divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given facial nerve block,and patients in experiment group were given facial nerve microvascular decompression. The treatment effects were observed and compared between the two groups,the complications after treatment,and the recurrent situation after one year of follow-up was observed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in experimental group（96. 55% ）was obviously higher than that in control group（68. 96% ）,there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. The rate of complications in experimental group（6. 70% ）was obviously lower than that in control group （34. 38% ）,there was significant difference（P 〈 0. 05）. After one year follow-up,the recurrence rate in experimental group （6. 90% ）was obviously lower than that in control group（ 37. 93% ）,there was significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of facial nerve microvascular decompression on prosopospasm is obvious,and the rate of postoperative complications and recurrence rate is low. It is safe and reliable,and is worthy clinical application widely.
