从中医理论肝、胃的生理基础出发,分别从脏腑理论、解剖基础、五行理论、气机理论四个方面,探讨胃癌疼痛的病机,并针对肝气犯胃型、肝胃血瘀型、肝胃郁热型、肝胃不和型、痰湿内结型等临床常见证型,分别从病因病机、症状表现、潜方用药等方面多角度探讨从肝论治胃癌疼痛的可行性。

Starting from the physiological basis of TCM theory of liver and stomach ,respectively from the theory of viscera and anatomical basis,theory of five elements,theory of qi activity four aspects,to explore the mechanism of stomach cancer pain. And discuss liver-fire invading the stomach type,blood stasis of liver and stomach type,heat stagnation of liver and stomach type,incoordination between the liver and stomach type,phlegm and wet junction in several clinical often type respectively from the etiology and pathogenesis , clinical symptoms,prescription and medicine,etc,inquires into the feasibility of the treatment of the stomach cancer pain from liver.
