On Teachers Role Conflicts and Moral Adjustment

处于纷杂社会生活之中的教师 ,其角色是多样性的 ,多种角色之间的冲突也是客观的、普遍的。我们除了应当加强学习、增强角色意识外 ,最重要的是要加强道德修养 ,以崇高的职业理想来指导自己的角色定位 。

Teachers living in the complicated social life have manifold roles to play and the role conflicts are to be found.Apart from further study and enhancement of role consciouseness,the most important thing for us to do is to cultivate ourselves,to guide our role orientation with noble occupational ideals and to reconcile role conflicts.
