黄连素治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展 被引量:13

Research progress on treatment of Alzheimer's disease by berberine

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,以学习、记忆能力减退和认知功能障碍为主要临床表现。β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)毒性级联损伤及Tau蛋白的磷酸化是其主要病理改变。黄连素(小檗碱)是从黄连中提取的一种天然的异喹啉类生物碱,具有广泛的药理作用。实验研究表明,黄连素具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、抑制胆碱酯酶活性、抑制Aβ蛋白聚集和Tau蛋白的过度磷酸化等作用。综述近年来黄连素治疗AD的研究进展,以期为黄连素治疗AD提供借鉴。
