It is hotly discussed that whether the platform of Alibaba will open to other fund companies since Alibaba has acquired Tianhong Fund. On April 10 th, Xinhua-Ali No.1 Capital Preservation Fund, a major product of internet finance, was formally released. Xinhua Fund has become the second fund company after Tianhong Fund, to join hands with Zhifubao. When we talk about Xinhua fund, Wang Weidong, a soul figure in its R&D cannot be ignored. Wang has a special career compared with other fund managers in public fund. Before Wang became an investment researcher in public fund, he has been a civil servant and then a businessman. He also wrote comments on stock markets and participated in industry. While talking about the reason of choosing investment as his career, Wang told this magazine, "if you don’t have any powerful relations and you want to make a difference with your talents and diligence, investment is a good choice of career."
