防止超超临界锅炉受热面超温的技术措施分析 被引量:7

摘要 江苏大唐国际吕四港发电有限责任公司超超临界锅炉在启动和正常运行中经常出现的锅炉受热面超温问题,超温后高温受热面材料内壁氧化皮生成速率明显加快,对锅炉安全影响很大。通过启动与运行参数分析,从多个方面查找原因,提出了防止超超临界锅炉受热面超温的控制措施。 Tube overheating issues were frequently observed during the start-up and normal operation periods of the ultra-supercritical boiler of Datang Lvsigang Power Generation Co. Ltd. The undesired high tube temperature can lead to higher steam-side oxidation rate, which has significant effect on the safety of the boiler. Through thoroughly analyzing the acquired start-up and operation parameters, we proposed in this paper several prevention measures.
