从就业谈职业指导教育

Discussion on Education of Career Directions in View of Employment

文章考察了我国目前职业指导教育的状况 ,以及对学生就业造成的不良影响 ,认为职业指导教育是普通教育的一个组成部分 ,择业、就业知识和能力是人的素质的一个方面 ;要开展好职业指导教育 ,一是要转变教育观念 ,端正办学思想 ,二是要将职业指导教育纳入学校的教学计划 ,三是要建立一支职业指导教育队伍 。

Surveying the present condition of the education of career direction (E.C.D.) in China, the essay suggests that ECD is a component of the general education and one's knowledge and ability of choosing a career is an aspect of his/her comprehensive quality. To do a good job in ECD, we should firstly, change our old educational concept, correct our idea of running school; Secondly, bring ECD into line with the teaching program of the school; and thirdly, set up a faculty of ECD.
