教学是一个复杂的系统 ,教师与学生、教与学是教学中最主要的矛盾。学生在教学中占据主体地位 ,教师在教学中发挥主导作用。只有从学生出发 ,研究教学 ,组织教学 ,教学才会取得最大成功。师生配合 ,教学相长 。

Teaching is a complex system in which teachers and students teaching and learning are the chief contradictions. Students should be in a position of subject rather than object while the teaching is supposed to play a guiding role in teaching process. Teachers must proceed from students. While the students must coordinate, thereby the best teaching environment can be created.
