Enhance the Combination of Producing, Study and Research, Carry Forward the Technical System Reform

文章从加强产学研结合 ,深化科技教育体制改革入手 ,阐述了科教与经济的关系、科教与经济的结合 ,强化了新机制对高科技科研工作的重要保障作用等内容 ,以及高等院校、科研院所面向企业、面向经济的重要意义 。

This article expounds the relation together with the combination between the science education and economics, the important defensive effect of the new system enforcement to the high scientific research and the significance of catering to the needs of the enterprises and the economics for the higher colleges and universities as well as the scientific research institutions from the point of enforcing the combination of producing, study and research, and carrying forward the technical system reform. It puts forward some suggestions for deepening the system reform of the science education.
