文章通过分析高校校园网络建设中存在的一些问题 ,就校园网建设的目的和作用、规划与实施、建设与管理等方面提出了建议 ,认为 :校园网的建设需要精心规划、慎重实施、通力合作 ,这样才能提高网络的应用水平 。

Having analysed the problems in the construction of campus computer network the author advanced some suggestions on the aims and function, planning and implementation, construction and management of the campus computer network, advocating that work should be done with careful planning and implementation, and concerted cooperation so as to be efficient in operation.
