摘要
目的探讨"六顶思考帽"层次思维模式在案例教学中的应用。方法选择济宁医学院2010级四年制本科护理学专业学生为研究对象,2班为试验组,1班为对照组,试验组采用"六顶思考帽"的层次思维方法,通过制作层次思维图开展案例学习,对照组运用传统的案例教学法开展案例分析讨论。学期结束后,采用理论考核及问卷调查的方式,对两组进行教学效果评价。结果试验组理论考核案例分析成绩与综合成绩(即基础理论成绩与案例分析成绩之和)的优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生对教学效果、学习效果、课堂效率、职业态度的评价均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 "六顶思考帽"层次思维模式为学生提供了一个全面思考问题的思维框架,有效地提高了案例教学的效果。
Objective To evaluate the effects of "six thinking hats" framework in case-based learning in the course of Pediatric Nursing. Methods The undergraduate nursing students in grade 2010 in Jining Medical University were divided into two groups. The "six thinking hats" framework was applied in the experimental group in the case-based learning,while traditional casebased learning was adopted in the control group. At the end of the semester,the teaching outcomes were evaluated by theory test and questionnaires. Results The excellent rate in theory test in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The students' evaluation on the aspects of teaching effect,learning effect ,classroom efficiency and professional attitude in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The application of"six thinking hats" framework provides a comprehensive thinking guidance for nursing students and can improve the effect of ease-based learning effectively.
