临床护理教师教学质量评价指标体系的构建研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的构建一套客观、科学的临床护理教师教学质量评价指标体系,为进一步提高临床护理教学质量提供依据。方法采用文献分析法初步确定指标草案,采用德尔菲法对23名专家进行3轮咨询,对指标进行筛选。结果确立了包含4个一级指标、21个二级指标的临床护理教师教学质量评价指标体系,专家权威系数为0.92,各指标的重要性均值均>4.00,变异系数<0.20。结论构建的临床护理教师教学质量评价指标体系科学、可靠。该指标体系可确保临床教学质量,并为护理管理者筛选和培训临床教师提供依据。 Objective To develop an objective and scientific quality index system for clinical nursing teachers,so as to further improve the quality of clinical teaching. Methods A draft quality index system for clinical nursing teachers was built by using literature analysis. Delphi method was adopted among 23 experts to select and modify the indictors. Results The quality index system for clinical nursing teachers consisted of 4 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators. The experts' authority coefficient was 0.92. The importance score of each indicators was over 4 points and the variance coefficient was lower than 0.20. Conclusion The quality index system for clinical nursing teachers is scientific and reliable. It can guarantee the quality of clinical teaching and provide evidence for nursing administrators in screening and training clinical nursing teachers.
