摘要 目的调查中职卫校护理专业师生对课程教学改革现状的评价与期望,为中职护理专业课程开展基于职业能力的行动导向教学改革寻求依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对3所中职院校护理专业的157名教师及319名学生进行问卷调查。结果中职护理专业课程教学改革力度不够,行动导向教学实施情况不容乐观,师生对护理专业课程教学改革有明确的需求及期望。结论实施基于职业能力的行动导向教学改革,是当前中职院校护理专业课程教学改革的当务之急。 Objective To investigate the evaluation and expectations on teaching reform reated by teachers and students in secondary vocational nursing schools,so as to provide reference for the implementation of action-oriented teaching reform based on professional competence. Methods Totally 157 teachers and 319 students from three secondary vocational nursing schools were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The teaching reform and the implementation of action-oriented teaching in secondary vocational nursing schools were insufficient. The teachers and students showed clear requirements and expectations on teaching reform. Conclusion It is suggested to implement action-oriented teaching reform based on professional competence in secondary vocational nursing schools.
