摘要
目的调查护理专业(中外合作三年制专科)学生对外籍教师授课期间教育环境的评价。方法采用教育环境量表,对67名护理专业(中外合作三年制专科)学生进行问卷调查。结果教育环境总分为(151.37±14.89)分;各维度得分:对学习的评价(37.40±4.09)分,对学习气氛的评价(36.96±3.98)分,对教师的评价(36.04±3.44)分,对学习的自我认知(21.57±3.67)分,对社交的自我认知(19.40±2.79)分。结论学生对外籍教师授课期间的教育环境评价总体较好,在未来的教学中要继续发挥外籍教师的优势,克服不利因素,不断提高教学质量。
Objective To investigate the education environment in the courses taught by foreign teachers for nursing students in the international cooperation nursing program. Methods Sixty-seven nursing students in the international cooperation nursing program were investigated with Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM). Results The total score of DREEM was(151.37±14.89) points. The dimension score was(37.40±4.09) in the dimension of learning evaluation, (36.96±3.98) in the dimension of learning atmosphere, (36.04±3.44) in the dimension of appraisal on teachers, (21.57±3.67) in the dimension of academic self-awareness and(19.40±2.79) in the dimension of social self-awareness. Conclusion The education environment in the courses taught by foreign teachers for nursing students in the international cooperation nursing program is at a good level. It is suggested to further make full use of the advantages of foreign teachers and overcome the obstacles to enhance teaching quality continuously.
