合成气一步法合成甲酸甲酯催化剂的失活原因 被引量:1

摘要 对反应前后催化剂活性进行了考察 ,并研究了反应过程中催化剂组成的变化与活性的关系 ,以及在催化剂体系中加入助剂对反应活性的影响。运用XRD及BET技术对不同催化剂进行了表征。结果表明 ,铜锰催化剂在反应过程中被还原是其失活的主要原因 ,而甲醇钠劣化为甲酸钠是其失活的主要途径。同时 ,加入某些助剂可以延缓催化剂的失活。 The activities of Cu-Mn catalyst before and after reaction and the variation of activity with components in catalysts in the catalytic synthesis reaction have been investigated in this paper. The effects of promoters on reaction activity have also been studied. XRD and BET technologies were used to characterize the Cu-Mn catalysts. The results indicated that the deactivation of Cu-Mn catalysts was mainly due to their being reduced during the catalytic reaction as a result of sodium methoxide being converted to HCOONa in reaction. Moreover, it was found that some promoter were able to prolong the activity of catalysts.
