锌、镓改性HZSM-5分子筛催化烷烃芳构化工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 用浸渍法把 Ga、Zn以氧化物的形式负载于 HZSM- 5上制得催化剂 ,用于催化 C3 -4 烷烃芳构化反应 ,确定了添加剂的含量 ,研究了反应条件对催化剂活性的影响 ,实验结果表明 :分别加入 2 % Ga和 2 % Zn的HZSM- 5后 ,反应转化率为 92 % ,芳烃选择性达 78.6 % ,二甲苯中对二甲苯含量大于 99%。反应进行了 10 0h,催化活性无明显降低 。 HZSM-5 loaded oxides of zinc and gallium by impregnation method for the catalytic aromatization of C3-4hydrocarbon has been prepared. The adding quantity of zinc and gallium, and the effect of the reaction conditions on the catalyst activity has been studied. The results have shown that when adding 2% zinc and gallium separately to the catalyst, the conversion is 92%, the selectivity for aromatic hydrocarbons is 78.6%, and the content of p-xylene greater than or equal 99% in xylene. The activity of the catalyst has not decreased evidently after 100h reaction. So the catalyst has shown high activity and stability for the aromatization of C3-4-hydrocarbons.
