摘要
通过对高新技术企业的57个研发团队的调查研究,就心理契约对研发团队创造力影响机制进行了实证分析。首先用探索性和验证性因素分析检验了研发团队成员心理契约各个维度的模型构思;然后运用相关文献分析提出假设模型;最后,用结构方程模型检验,结果表明心理契约对成员个体创造力和研发团队创造力都有不同程度的影响,并且个体创造力在心理契约对研发团队创造力的影响中部分起完全中介作用。
Through the research on 57 R&D team of high-tech enterprise, an empirical analysis has been made that how psycho- logical contract affects R&D team creativity. First, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis is used to confirm the various dimen- sions of the psychological contract of R&D team member. Then using relevant literatures, propose the hypothetical model. Finally, tes- ting the result by structural equation model shows that psychological contract has some impact both on individual creativity and R&D team creativity with individual creativity playing an intermediary role.
