摘要
研究了1 ,1 ,1-三氨基甲基丙烷(Tamp)锌(Ⅱ)配合物作水解酶模拟物催化对硝基苯酚醋酸酯(NA)水解的动力学。结果表明:催化水解速率对底物(NA)及配合物(Zntamp)浓度均呈一级反应,水解速率遵循速率方程dC/dt=(koba[Zntamp]+koh[OH-]+…)[NA];在中性和弱碱性…条件下能很好地催化NA酯的水解,PH=9.000时,表观催化速率常数koba=0.7185mol-1·L·s-1,优于国际上同类研究报道的结果;催化作用受酸碱平衡的控制,结合PH滴定结果,提出了催化反应机理。
The hydrolytic kinetics of p-nitrophenol acetate(NA) catalyzed by zinc (Ⅱ) complex of 1, l,1- tris(aminomethyl) propane(Tamp) has been studied. It was shown that the catalytic rate follows the law of first-order reaction for both zinc (Ⅱ) complex and NA concentrations respectively; the hydrolytic rate equation is dC/d t = (k.obs.[Zntamp] + KOH [OH - ] +…) [NA]; this complex can catalyze NA hydrolysis effectively under a neutral or slightly basic condition; the k.b, value equals 0. 7185mol-l' L. s- 1 when PH 9. 000, which is better than the similar results of international investigation reported up to now; the catalysis is controlled by the equilibrium of acid and base. Combined with the results of PH drop scale method, a mechanism of catalyzed reaction is put forward.
