纤维及苯粒对珍珠岩保温砂浆物理力学性能影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过L16(45)正交设计,在珍珠岩保温砂浆中加入聚苯颗粒和不同种类的纤维,以抗压强度、干密度、导热系数为考核指标,研究聚苯颗粒及不同种类的纤维对珍珠岩保温砂浆物理力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着聚苯颗粒和纤维掺量的增加,珍珠岩保温砂浆的抗压强度、干密度,导热系数均下降,通过正交试验得到当聚苯颗粒的掺量为骨料总体积的40%,木质纤维的掺量为胶凝材料质量的0.9%时,珍珠岩保温砂浆的物理力学性能最好。 This study adopts the orthogonal experiments L16 (45) ,bases on the assessment indicators of compressive strength, dry density and thermal conductivity,researches the effect of different types of polystyrene particles and fibers on the physical and mechanical properties of perlite thermal insulation mortar which adding polystyrene particles and different types of fibers.The research results show that:with the addition of polystyrene particles and fibers increases, the compressive strength, dry density and thermal conductivity of perlite insulation mortar decrease,and by orthogonal experiment,when the content of polystyrene particles and wood fiber is the 40% of aggregate total vol- ume and the 0.9% respectively of cementitious materials,the physical and mechanical properties ofperlite insulation mortar are the best.
