摘要
混凝土的宏观力学性能取决于其内部微观结构,首先对四种不同纳米二氧化硅掺量的纳米玻化微珠保温承重混凝土宏观力学性能进行了测定,试验结果表明:纳米二氧化硅掺量为1%的纳米玻化微珠保温承重混凝土的强度最高,然后通过扫描电子显微镜对不同纳米二氧化硅掺量下的纳米玻化微珠保温承重混凝土进行微观形貌的观察,来解释其宏观力学性能;同时为了使试验完善,对玻化微珠的微观结构也进行观察,得出玻化微珠是种独特的空腔结构。
The macroscopic mechanical properties of concrete depend on its internal microstructure.In this paper,we firstly test the macroscopic mechanical properties of four different dosage of nanometer materials of glazed hollow bead insulation bearing nano concrete, and the test results show that,the strength of the admixture of 1% nanometer silica concrete is the highest.Then we observed the microstructure image through the scanning electron microscope about the different dosage of nannmeter silicon dioxide of glazed hollow bead insulation bearing nano concrete to explain their macroscopic mechanical properties At the same time in order to make the study perfect,the microstructure of glazed hollow bead is also observed,it is concluded that glazed hollow bead is a kind of unique cavity structure.
