摘要
采用异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、马来酸酐、丙烯酸羟丙酯及甲基丙烯磺酸钠等单体,利用化学反应热在常温下共聚制备了一种保坍型聚羧酸系减水剂TX-810。通过混凝土试验表明,合成的TX-810保坍型聚羧酸系减水剂在低掺量下即具有优异的减水率及坍落度保持性能,且水泥适应性良好。
A new type ofpolycarboxylate superplasticizer with high slump retention capability was prepared using which can reduce the slump loss of concrete mixture.The results of concrete test show that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer we prepared (TX-810) has good cement compatibility and excellent slump retention capability even in low dosage.
