摘要
住宅产业化促生了混凝土工业化生产。解析了当前政策及建筑产业发展现状,通过对混凝土企业SWOT分析,认为在绿色建筑产业发展的新环境下,混凝土企业发展混凝土工业化首先应该树立发展理念,其次是机制与标准的确立,第三是技术攻关。混凝土企业实现"预拌混凝土"向"预制混凝土"转型,才能实现企业、行业与生态文明发展的共赢与可持续发展。
Housing industrialization led to concrete industrial production.Analyses the current policies and current situation of the devel- opment of construction industry.Through the SWOT analysis was carded out on the concrete corporation,think in the new environment of the development of green building industry, concrete enterprise to develop industrialization should do the following work.First of all, enter- prises should establish development idea. Secondly, the mechanism and standards should be established.Third, concrete corporation should prepare technical research.Concrete corporation only realize＂ready-mixed concrete＂ to ＂precast concrete＂ transformation, to achieve enterprise, industry and ecological civilization development and win-win and sustainable development.
