制备工艺对混凝土抗压强度影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为满足多基复合管生产及施工的需要,围绕水胶比、外加剂的掺量及蒸养参数等对C40混凝土强度的影响因素进行了系统的试验研究,得到了满足工程需要的混凝土最佳配合比及蒸养制度。可加快模具周转速度,缩短生产周期,提高生产效率,节约生产成本,为多基复合管生产及施工提供可参考的依据。 To meet the needs of multi-matrix composite pipe production and construction, this thesis undertook a systematically experi- mental study on the influence of compressive strength about C40 concrete ,based on water-cement ratio, admixture content and the steam curing-related parameters and so on, optimum mix proportion and steam-curing system meeting the engineering have been available.It can accelerate the circulation of moulds, Shorten the production cycle、improve the productivity and save production cost, making it a common technique to produce and construct the multi-matrix composite pipe.
