专利权人合作网络的社群结构分析——以燃料电池电动汽车专利为例 被引量:21

摘要 本文借助社群发现方法,将燃料电池电动汽车领域的专利权人合作网络划分为15个社群,进而讨论了社群内部、社群之间的合作关系,最后在网络位置关系理论基础上将社群分为孤立者、领导者、经纪人和谄媚人四种角色。通过上述社群结构分析工作,能够了解整个网络的结构,揭示团队的研发主题与合作模式,同时也为产业的专利分析提供了新的视角,可为产业发展提供一定的参考和指导。 Using the methodology of community detection, fifteen communities are extracted from the patentees' collaboration network for the area of fuel cell electric vehicle. Then, the constitution of each community and the relationships among them are also discussed. According to network positional relationship theory, the communities are divided into isolate, primary, broker and sycophant. This work analyzes the community structure of the patentees' collaboration network, reveals the research subjects and cooperation patterns. Besides, the work shows a new perspective of view to analysis the patents of industry, and could give necessary references for the development of industry.
