基于专利的技术竞争态势分析框架——以智能材料技术为例

An Analytical Framework of Technology Competition Based on Patent Information-Intelligent Materials Technology as an Example

针对目前技术竞争态势分析中存在的不足，从技术活动基础和结果两个方面确立技术竞争态势的分析内容。兼顾专利“量”和“质”的基础上，提出了包括三个侧面竞争态势分析和一个综合竞争态势分析的分析框架——分析内容、数据来源、分析工具和逻辑过程。以智能材料技术领域为对象，论证了该框架的实施步骤、可行性。本研究力求完善现有分析方法，并为技术预见和研发战略制定提供方法借鉴。研究发现，我国在智能材料技术领域与主要竞争国家相比存在的一些问题，并针对这些问题，提出了几点建议。

Aiming at the shortcomings existing in technology competition situation analysis, this paper considers that it should determine the content of the technology competition situation analysis in the basis of technology activities and outcomes. Consideration must be given to both the patent ＂quantity＂ and ＂ quality＂, the paper proposed an analytical framework of the technology competition from three sides analysis and one comprehensive analysis, it includes analysis content, data sources,analysis tools and logical process. And we regarded the technological field of intelligent materials as the research object to elaborate implementation steps and feasibility of the framework. This study seeks to improve the existing analytical methods, and to pro-Jide method references for the technology foresight and R＆D strategy formulation. The study also found some problems existing in the technical field of smart materials in China in comparison with main competitive countries and in order to solve these problems, some suggestions are put forward.
