摘要
本文详细研究了新显色剂二溴水杨基荧光酮 ( DBSAF)在表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺 ( CTMAB)存在下与钨形成三元胶束络合物的条件。在强酸性介质中 ,钨与试剂形成 1∶ 3的络合物 ,其最大吸收峰在 5 2 5 nm波长处 ,摩尔吸光系数 ε=1.1× 10 5 L· mol- 1· cm- 1 ,钨含量在 0~ 2 4μg/ 2 5 m L 范围内符合比耳定律。方法具有显色速度快、体系稳定、选择性好、操作简便等特点。用拟定方法测定了稀土及合金钢样品中钨的含量 。
A new spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of W with the new chromogenic reagent DBSAF. In the presence of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB),W reacts rapidly with DBSAF to form a ternary micelle complex(W∶DBSAF=1∶3)in hydrochloric acid medium.The complex has an maximum absorption at 525 nm,and its molar absorptivity being 1 1×10 5·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer's Law is obeyed for 0~24μg of W in 25ml, most of other metal ions do not interfere with the determination.The present method has been used to determine W directly in alloy steels with satisfactory results.
