摘要 本文合成了 Dy、Nd的甲苯磺丁脲 ( D86 0 )配合物 ,测定了它们的降血糖作用和对小鼠的口服半数致死量 ( L D5 0 )。结果显示 ,D 86 0 -稀土配合物的降血糖效果明显优于 D 86 To study the influence of RE-D860 complexes on blood slucose level and acute toxicity,Dy-D860 and Nd-D860 were determined in our experiment.The results show that Dy-860 and Nd-D860 complexes are more potent and less toxic compared with D860.
