摘要 研究了在弱碱性介质中 ,Co( )对 H2 O2 氧化靛蓝胭脂红的褪色反应催化作用 ,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量 Co( )的新方法。方法线性范围为 0~ 1 .0μg/2 5m L ,检出限为 9.92× 1 0 - 7g/L ,反应的表观活化能为 8.66k J/mol,用于水样中 Co( )的分析 。 In a weak basic medium, cobalt(Ⅱ) can catalyze the decolorizing oxidization of indigo carmine by H 2O 2. A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Co(Ⅱ) has been obtained. The effect of some factors on the reaction speed was investigated. The sensitivity of the method was 9.92×10 -7 g/L. The linear respondence was in the range of 0~1.0 μg/25 mL. The method has been used to determine trace Co(Ⅱ) in water samples. The relative standard deviations were 4.35~5.43%, for six replicate determination of a single sample. This method was simple and accurate.
