On the Collaborative Mechanism of the “2011 Center”:From the Perspective of Strategic-alliances

战略联盟作为一种高度整合和优化各方资源的协同方式,有利于促进各类创新要素的有机融合,引导高校和企业面向行业产业的核心共性问题,形成解决国家重大需求的长效机制。本研究旨在探索战略联盟视角下,校企协同的"2011中心"作为一种新型创新模式的构成、功能和互动关系,并试图为这一运作机理的应用提供思路。

As an effective means to integrate and optimize all resources in a coordinated manner, strategic alliances work to promote organic integration of various innovative elements and thus to guide universities and enterprises to face core common problems in certain industries, which leads to the formation of long-term mechanisms targeted on the nation＇s significant needs. Under the perspective of strategic alliances, this paper aims to explore the structure, functions, and inner interactions of ＂2011 Center＂ which is regarded as a new model of innovation. Possible application thinking of such collaborative mechanism is suggested at the end.
