The Analysis of College Students' Employment——College Student Village Official as an Example

大学生村官被视为目前实现新农村建设和基层民主建设的新鲜血液和最具活力的人才力量,受到各级政府乃至全社会的普遍关注。在大学生村官普及化的趋势下,越来越多的调查发现大学生村官政策执行中潜藏着的各种问题和矛盾。笔者从农村"熟人社会"的概念出发,分析了大学生村官的尴尬处境及其原因,并提出大学生村官"乡土化"的重要意义,试图解决其身份认同缺失和角色定位模糊的问题。

College student village officials, regarded as the fresh blood and most vigorous talents of realizing the new rural construction and democratic construction at the grass-roots level, draw the governments at all levels and even the whole societyJs attention. Under the trend that college students serving as village officials become popular, a growing body of research shows that there are various problems lurking in this policy execution. Starting with the concept of countryside ＂acquaintance society＂ , the author analyzes college student village officials＂ predicament and its cause, puts forward the significance of localization, and tires to solve their problems of identity loss and role ambiguity.
