摘要
针对高炉煤气热值大幅度降低的现状,韶钢焙烧厂对气烧石灰竖窑进行了一系列工艺设备改造和工艺制度改进,提高了产品质量和产量,降低了生产成本,取得了令人满意的效果。通过窑顶加高和改进炉顶结构,明显降低了窑顶温度,保护了窑顶设施,改善了窑炉的热工特性;同时,对供风工艺技术和风路系统设备进行改进,提高了空气和高煤煤气入窑压力,加快了煤气与空气混合燃烧速度;双预热工艺技术的应用大大提高了窑内温度;另外,通过原料粒度比、装出料操作工艺制度的优化改进,改善了石灰窑的生产条件。
Aiming at the situation that the calorific value of blast furnace gas is reduced greatly,satisfactory results of improving product quality,increasing product yield and reducing production costs have been achieved through the equipments modification and technologies improvement for gas-burning lime shaft-kiln in the Calcination Plant at SISG.By increasing the height of kiln roof and improving kiln top structure,the temperature of the kiln roof is sig-nificantly reduced,thereby protecting the kiln top facilities and improving the thermal characteristics of the kiln. Gas supply technology and equipments were improved,which increases the pressures of air and blast furnace gas in-to the kiln and speeds up the blast furnace gas mixed with air and combustion rate.The application of double prehea-ting technology greatly increases the temperature in the kiln.The production conditions of lime kiln are improved by optimizing the size ratio of raw materials and modifying the charging and discharging processes.
