超声弹性成像与二维超声诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的比较 被引量:2

Comparison of ultrasonic elastography and two-dimensional ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumor

摘要 目的:探讨超声弹性成像(UE)与二维超声诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的价值。方法:对104例患者共119个乳腺肿瘤,先作UE检查,再行常规二维超声检查,以手术后病理诊断结果作对照,分别计算UE、二维超声诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果:本组病例中,手术后病理诊断证实有68例共80个为乳腺良性肿瘤,另36例共39个为乳腺恶性肿瘤。UE诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性为87.2%,特异性为93.8%,准确率为91.6%,二维超声诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性为82.1%,特异性为88.8%,准确率为86.6%。结论:UE对乳腺肿瘤良恶性的诊断优于二维超声诊断,具有重要价值与广阔的应用前景。 Objective: To explore the value of differentiating benign and malignant breast tumor by the ultrasonic elastography( UE) and two-dimensional ultrasound. Methods: 104 patients with 119 tumor were examined by the UE and two-dimensional ultrasound,their disgnostic results is compared with the post-operative pathological results. Results: 68 patients with 80 tumor were in the benign group and 36 patients with 39 tumor were in the madignant group. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for the UE diagnosing breast cancer is 87. 2%,93. 8% and 91. 6% respectively,and the two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosing breast tumor is 82. 1%,88. 8% and 86. 6%. Conclusion: UE is more accurate than two-dimensional ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumor.
