摘要
目的:研究栝楼Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.果皮的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱层析、聚酰胺树脂和半制备型高效液相色谱等各种色谱技术分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从栝楼果皮中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:槲皮素-3-O-[α-L-鼠李糖-(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖基]-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、槲皮素-3-O-β-芸香糖苷(2)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、木犀草素(5)、芹菜素(6)、香叶木素(7)、软脂酸甲酯(8)、硬脂酸甲酯(9)、棕榈酸(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、α-菠菜甾醇(12)和豆甾醇(13)。结论:其中,化合物1-3、5-7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the peels of Trichosanthes kirilowii. Methods:Many chromatographic techniques were used including repeated silica column chromatography, polyamide resin and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. According to the physical and chemical properties and spectral analysis, the chemical structures of the compounds were determined. Results :Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin-3-O-[ α-L-rhamnose -(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosy]-5- O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 1 ), quercetin-3-O-rutinoside ( 2 ), apigenin-7-O-fl-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 ) , diosmetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), luteolin ( 5 ) , apigenin ( 6 ) , diosmetin ( 7 ), methyl palmitate ( 8 ), methyl stearate (9), palmitic acid ( 10 ) ,β-sitosterol ( 11 ), α-spin- asterol(12) and stigmasterol(13 ). Conclusion:Compounds 1 - 3,5 - 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
