四种口腔溃疡治疗药物对小鼠成纤维细胞氧化应激反应的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察八味乳白香青膏、冰硼散、西瓜霜和华素片对小鼠口腔成纤维细胞氧化应激反应的影响,探讨4种药物在口腔溃疡愈合过程中细胞水平的作用及机制。方法:建立过氧化氢氧化损伤细胞模型,比较各组氧化损伤成纤维细胞在4种药物作用下的SOD活性及MDA、NO含量的差异。结果:与对照组比较,八味乳白香青膏组SOD活性和NO含量均显著性升高(P<0.05),MDA含量显著性降低(P<0.05)。部分冰硼散和华素片浓度组SOD活性和NO含量显著性升高(P<0.05),MDA含量显著性降低(P<0.05)。西瓜霜组各浓度对小鼠口腔成纤维细胞SOD活性及MDA、NO含量的影响均无显著性差异。结论:八味乳白香青膏可显著减轻细胞氧化损伤。冰硼散与华素片在一定浓度也具有减轻细胞氧化损伤反应的作用。西瓜霜在细胞氧化损伤反应方面无显著作用。
