热熔挤出技术制备布渣叶总黄酮固体分散体及其表征研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:采用热熔挤出技术制备布渣叶总黄酮固体分散体,以体外溶出度、红外光谱、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜等方法筛选辅料。方法:分别以PEG4000、PEG6000、poloxamer407和poloxamer188为载体制备固体分散体,考察药物与载体比例为1∶1、1∶8时,牡荆苷、异牡荆苷、水仙苷的体外溶出度,并采用X-射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜对其进行表征。结果:PEG4000、PEG6000、poloxamer407、poloxamer188均能增加布渣叶总黄酮中牡荆苷、异牡荆苷、水仙苷的体外溶出度,且以PEG6000为载体制备的固体分散体溶出度最好;红外光谱结果显示,布渣叶总黄酮与各载体均以氢键的形式结合;X-射线衍射和扫描电镜结果显示,布渣叶总黄酮与各载体的固体分散体均未形成新的物相。结论:固体分散体技术是提高布渣叶总黄酮溶出性质的一种有效可行的方法。
