返波管振荡器与热释电探测器在太赫兹领域中的应用

摘要 目前返波管振荡器与热释电探测器在太赫兹目标特性领域得到广泛应用,文中揭示返波管振荡器中的慢波系统与热释电探测器中的热释电效应两个核心内容,并利用物理学有关理论对其工作原理进行了详细的阐述,同时围绕返波管振荡器与热释电探测器在太赫兹目标特性中的应用情况进行介绍。 This paper reveals two cores content of the slow wave system of backward wave tube oscillator and the pyroelectric effect of pyroelectric detector, which based on the backward wave tube oscillator and pyroelectric detector are widely applied in the field of terahertz target feature. It using the relevant theories of physics expounds its working principle in detail, at the same time around the backward wave oscillator and pyroelectricdetector in the application of terahertz target characteristics are introduced.
