摘要 白细胞介素18(IL-18)作为疫苗的高效免疫增强剂,能大幅度提高疫苗的免疫保护率和机体的免疫水平,成为近年来DNA疫苗研究领域的热点之一。文章概述了IL-18的发现与分布、分子特性、生物学作用以及在兽用疫苗中的应用等方面的研究进展。 Lnterleukin -18 （IL -18 ） as vaccine effective immune enhancement can greatly improve the vaccine immune protection and immune lev- els and has become one of thehotspots in the DNA vaccine research. This article provides an overview of IL - 18 discovery and distribution, molecular properties, biological function and other aspects of the application of animal vaccine development.
