聚醚与二乙胺的临氢胺化反应研究 被引量:2

摘要 以聚醚PEP-600与二乙胺为主要原料,雷尼镍为催化剂,通过临氢胺化反应制备了端叔胺基聚醚。反应产物通过滴定分析,确定为伯、仲、叔胺的混合物。对轻组分的GC-MS及GC分析表明:临氢胺化制备叔胺时,二乙胺发生了自身的缩合反应,生成氨气、一乙胺、二乙胺和三乙胺。 The tertiary amine terminated polyether is synthesized by the hydrogenation amination method using raney nickel as catalyst,and polyether PEP-600 with diethylamine (DEA) as the main raw material.The product is intended to be a mixture of primary amine,secondary amine and tertiary amine by titration method analysis.The characterization results by GC-MS and GC method of the light components show that under the reaction condition of amination,a self-condensation reaction is happened at the diethylamine and resulting a mixture of ammonia,ethylamine,diethylamine and triethylamine.
