摘要
利用新海电厂原状干排粉煤灰及其它常规原材料 ,研制出坍落度达 190~ 2 6 0 m m ,2 8d抗压强度达 5 0~ 75 MPa,抗渗等级超过 P2 0的高强粉煤灰混凝土。讨论了粉煤灰掺量、胶材总量、砂率、水胶比、减水剂品种与掺量等参数对混凝土强度和流动性的影响 ,还讨论了粉煤灰掺量对混凝土抗渗性能的影响。
WT5BZ]The high strength coal-ash concrete that its slump is 190~260mm and its 28days compressive strength is 50~75MPa and its leakage-proof grade is more than P20 is manufactured in this experimental research with original coal-ash of Xinhai Electric factory and ordinary material.The influence of addition amount of coal-ash,binding material toal amount,sand ratio,water-cement ratio and water reducer of different varieties and amount on the strength and workability of concrete is discussed in this experimental research.The influence of addition amount of coal-ash on leakage-proof capability of concrete is discussed.
