包头地区电网风电区域动态无功补偿装置的影响分析

摘要 根据包头地区风电基地接入电网的具体情况,对包头地区电网网架中风电送出系统在正常运行方式、检修运行方式及运行方式转变过程中,风电机组出力由零至最大范围内波动时,风电区域内动态无功补偿装置(SVC)在投运和退出时稳态电压水平、电压波动情况进行对比。结果表明,在SVC投入的情况下,风电区域电压波动较小,电压水平均在合理范围内;在SVC退出运行时,电压波动较大,不能满足系统正常运行的要求。由此说明,SVC的正常运行是保证风电区域安全、稳定、经济运行的重要因素之一。 According to the actual circumstances connected to the grid, comparison and analysis the of the Baotou wind power base steady-state voltage level, voltage fluctuation, when the wind power base worked in normal mode, maintenance mode and operation mode in the process of transformation, wind turbines from zero to maximum output range fluctuations,with static var compensator (SVC) put into operation or out of operation.The result shows that under the condition of the SVC input, voltage fluctuation wind area is lesser, voltage levels are within the scope of reasonable control; When SVC exit, voltage fluctuation is bigger, can't meet the requirements of system normal mode. Indicates that the normal operation of the SVC is one of the important factors of economic operation to guarantee the security, stability, economic operation in wind power area.
