主变压器调压重瓦斯保护误动作原因分析

薛家湾供电局110 kV唐公塔变电站2号主变压器有载调压重瓦斯保护动作跳闸。通过现场解体检查、实验室模拟试验分析,认为在线滤油机在低温条件下工作时吸入大量气体是造成主变压器有载调压重瓦斯保护动作的主要原因;有载分接开关倾角不符合规程规定,排气不畅是造成主变有载调压重瓦斯保护动作的次要原因。现场试验证明,冬季低气温条件下,变压器绝缘油过度粘稠,会引起滤油机工作异常,滤油机内部产生负压,造成调压瓦斯误动作。提出了缩短在线滤油机油管长度、调整滤油机工作时间段等防范措施。

Field test results showed that under the condition of low air temperature in winter, transformer insulating oil was over thick, would cause the oil filter work abnormally, internal oil filter generated negative pressure, pressure regulating gas caused the misoperation. Cutting tube length of online oil filter, adjusting the working time, and other preventive measures were given.
