摘要
特高压交流线路耐张塔多采用双"I"笼式硬跳线,该型式跳线经济性好、安装简单,但是由于其硬跳部分可以横向转动,耐张线夹受力大,在出现大风情况下间隙变化幅度大,因此需合理配置线路配重、硬跳部分长度、软跳部分弧垂,才能满足安全运行需要。本文分析了双"I"笼式硬跳线参数设计中的控制条件,建立了其数学模型,设计参数计算流程,应用VBA技术开发了基于Excel与AutoCAD的设计软件。经工程实际应用验证,该设计系统数据输入方便,硬跳线参数配置合理,并且可以在AutoCAD中对计算结果进行三维观测。
Cage-type hard jumper of double 'T' is widely used in UttV AC line tension tower. The type of hard jumper has following advantages: better economic pefformanee, simple installation. However, due to its hard-jump section can rotate laterally, strain clamp force is larger and gap can significantly change, its counterweight, the length of hard jump part, soft jump sag need reasonable allocation to meet the safe operation requirements. This paper analyzed the type of hard jumper design boundary conditions, established the mathematical model, designed parameter configuration process and development the design system applied VBA technology of Excel and AutoCAD-based. Through practical test, data input of the design system is convenient. The calculated results are reasonable and 3D visualization.
