摘要
针对北方联合电力有限责任公司达拉特发电厂600 MW机组锅炉原设计鳍片式暖风器及其系统存在易积灰堵塞、内漏、振动等问题,决定将暖风器改造为旋转式暖风器。改造后的旋转式暖风器通过定期旋转,不仅可以减少积灰的污染,提高换热效率,保证空预器入口风温达到设计值,而且可以大大减少风系统阻力,降低风机耗电量,消除了因进风温度低造成的风机失速抢风、空预器动静摩擦等安全隐患,同时取得了较好的经济效益。
it was decided that the air heater of the boiler on 600 MW unit should change from the fin-type to the rotation-type in Dalate Power Plant of North United Power Co.,I,td, because of the problem of easy ash deposition, inner leakage and vibration. After the transfi)rmation, the rotation-type air heater not only reduce the pollution of the ash deposition, promote the heat exchange efficiency, make sure the temperature of the air in the inlet of the air pre-heater achieve the design value, but also decrease the resistance in the air system greatly, reduce the power consumption of the fan, solve the hidden dangers of the fan stall, dynamic and static parts friction of the air pre-heater which are caused by the low inlet air temperature, at the same time get better economic benefit.
