摘要
包头供电局古城变电站故障录波装置设置的定值较小、灵敏度较高,因受到周边电气化铁路及高耗能负荷产生的冲击电流及电压波动的影响频繁启动,影响真正故障信息的获取,且频发故障录波动作信号。对此采取在故障录波装置逻辑分析及判断回路中加入反时限过电流保护动作功能、保护跳闸开关量及信号过滤措施,达到了故障录波装置在负荷扰动或电压波动时不启动,不形成故障录波文件、故障录波报告,不向监控装置发录波器动作信号;实现了只有在系统发生故障时才可靠动作,形成完整的故录文件及录波报告,并向监控装置发送故障录波装置动作信号的目的,彻底解决了变电站故障录波装置频繁启动的问题。
The electric railway and high energy consumption load around Gucheng Substation of Baotou Power Supply Bureau lead to the impact load, the fluctuation of current and w^hage. For thai, the transformer substation fault wave recording device of Gucheng Substation of Baotou Power Supply Bureau, which has smaller setting values and high sensivity, starts frequently. The transformer substation fault wave recording device starting frequently, leads to the loss of important files and fault recorder action signal sending frequently. Through a careful analysis of the cause, the paper proposes to take measures to add trip switch quantity, filter circuit and inverse-time current protection in the logic and control circuit of the fault wave recording device. These measures avoid the fault wave recording device frequently starting, fault recorder action signal sending frequently when there are the impact load, and the fluctuations of current and voltage. Finally, the transformer substation fault wave recording device starts only when there is power system fault.
