基于GIS的南京地籍楼幢数据库设计与实现

指出传统的房屋空间数据和以宗地为基础的楼幢属性数据间的相互孤立、信息联动上的不足,提出以GIS楼幢数据管理为核心,实现"以图管地,以图管房,图、属、档一体化联动"的管理模式,以求为新一代土地登记管理信息系统的建立探索出一条可行之路。

In this paper we point out that the house spatial data and building property which base on land parcel are irrelative with each other. It can＇t satisfy the need of the land,resource,or building property administrations. The thesis put forward a new mode of LIS,of which the core is based on the management of figure data. So we can also combine with their files,data and etc. integral whole to turn.
