摘要
在给出了建设用地批后监管的定义后,简要介绍了建设用地批后监管系统评价指标研究现状,在研究建设用地批后监管业务的基础上,借鉴土地集约化利用评价方法,建立了建设用地批后监管系统评价指标体系。
This paper introduces simply the current situation on index system of information system for post-approval supervision of construction land after define the conception on post-approval supervision of construction land. Based on studying construction land monitoring works and taking example by evaluation methodology of land intensification,index system of information system for post-approval supervision of construction land was established.
