摘要
为提高护生的风险防御能力,降低护理风险的发生,将在心内科病房实习的2008级护生分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统临床带教法,试验组护生实施风险案例模拟教学法,采用理论考试、操作考试和座谈调查自我评价。结果表明,试验组护生理论和操作成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),座谈自我评价中多数学生对风险案例模拟教学法持肯定态度,认为此方法可以提高风险防御能力,提升临床综合能力,保证护理带教安全质量。
To improve practice nurses' ability in risk defense and reduce the nursing risks. Practice nurses were divided into test and control group. The traditional teaching method was used in control group. The risk case simulation teaching method was used in test group. Academic exam, clinical practice exam and questionnaires were used for the assessment. The academic and clinical practice exam scores in test group were significantly higher than control group. The riskcase simulation teaching method can improve the risk defense ability, clinic integrated ability and ensure safety in clinical nursing teaching.
