摘要
本文对服务型管理模式在外科实习护生带教中的作用进行了探讨,强调带教过程中的人性化服务,将人的因素、调动人的积极性放在核心位置。服务型管理模式能增强护生的自信心和学习积极性,牢固专业思想,从而提高临床护理教学质量。
To research the application of service oriented management in nurse teaching. The paper focuses on humanized ser- vice, human factor and how to arise peoples＇ initiative. Service oriented management plays a positive role in strengthening nurs- ing students＇ self confidence, arising their study initiative, consolidating their professional knowledge as well as improving clinical nursing teaching quality.
