摘要
以康佳模具为典型案例,分析模具制造项目管理现状,指出了其存在的瓶颈问题,对关键性的优化改进方案和取得的经验进行探讨。结合模具生产实际,提出了5项关键性的模具项目进度优化改进方案。
Using Konka Mould Plastic Co., Inc. as a typical example, this paper analyzed the current project management status in mold manufacturing, identified existing bottlenecks,discussed key optimizing improvement programs, and reviewed experiences learned from the implementation of these programs. In combination with actual manufacturing conditions, the author suggested five key optimizing improvement programs for progress control in mold manufacturing projects.
