摘要
"呼唤"是个体对目标追求的内心认同与强烈渴望,实现呼唤能使个体体验到更多的工作意义、个人使命与真实自我。随着心理学、组织行为学和社会学对呼唤研究的深入,呼唤的存在状态(呼唤找寻、呼唤感知、呼唤实现)及其相互关系和影响作用引起了研究者的极大兴趣。本文根据最新研究成果,对呼唤的存在状态及其相互关系以及影响结果和影响因素进行了分析,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
Calling is an individual inner identity and a strong desire for the pursuit of achieving goals. Living a calling allows individuals to experience more meaningfulness of work,personal mission and true self. With the deep calling study in psychology, organizational behavior and sociology, states of calling (searching, perceiving and living a calling), and their correlations and influences attract great attention from researchers. According to the latest research, this paper analyzes the states of calling, their correlations,effects and influencing factors,and points out the directions in future research.
